The presentation

This rate is a promotion of the resort's vacation club (Caracol Vacation Club (at Omni Cancún)). In return, both travelers attend a 120-minute presentation during the stay - never on the arrival or departure day. There is no obligation to buy; missing the presentation means the resort charges its full rate.

Fees, extras and changes

At the resort

The package price includes the $235 resort fee, collected on the resort's verification call. At check-in you need two credit cards with at least $4,000 of available credit.

Extra guests / nights

Extra adult in the room $107 per night; extra child $45 per night; extra night or room at the same adult and child rates. Room options: 2 adults + 2 children (+1 infant) or 3 adults + 1 child (extra adult paid); rooms have two queen beds.

Changes & cancellations

Free cancellation up to 21 days before check-in, then $210. Date changes cost $50 up to 21 days before check-in and $250 within 21 days. No-show: $300.
