Krystal Cancún is spread over several buildings on the beach at Punta Cancún, on Kukulcán Boulevard right across from the Cancún Convention Center and close to the Hotel Zone's shopping and nightlife.

Its 502 rooms – Standard, Luxury, Sea View, Krystal Club and Family Studio – mostly have balconies and views of the Caribbean. Restaurants with live music (including mariachis at El Mortero), bars, pools with a kids' pool, a kids club, a spa with sauna and whirlpool, and a gym round out the stay.

The presentation

This rate is a promotion of the resort's vacation club (Krystal International Vacation Club). In return, both travelers attend a 90-minute presentation during the stay - never on the arrival or departure day. There is no obligation to buy; missing the presentation means the resort charges its full rate.

Fees, extras and changes

At the resort

A resort fee of $35 per night is paid at check-in. Stays Dec 19 – Jan 5 and Mar 19 – Apr 4 also pay a $75 holiday fee.

Extra guests / nights

Extra adult $95 per night; extra night or extra room $190 per night (double occupancy); extra night for children 8–12 $55 per night. Room options: 2 adults + 2 children, or 3 adults + 1 child (extra adult paid). All rooms have two queen beds; extra beds cannot be requested.

Changes & cancellations

Cancellation: no charge up to 21 days before check-in; one night's charge with less than 21 days. Date changes: free up to 21 days before check-in; $50 with less than 21 days. No-show: the full rate is charged. If a traveler does not meet the resort's requirements at check-in, the resort charges its full (rack) rate.
