Oasis Palm sits at the entrance to the Hotel Zone, about 13 miles (25 minutes) from the airport and 3 miles from downtown Cancún, within walking distance of shops, bars and restaurants.

Its fine white-sand beach has thatched palapas and calm water about a meter deep inside the buoyed area – ideal for kids. The KiddO Zone has its own small restaurant, kids pool with waterslides, playground, amphitheater and game rooms, while adults relax with cocktails by the pool or the sea. Kayaks and pedal boats are included.

The presentation

This rate is a promotion of the resort's vacation club (Villa Group (Villa del Palmar / Garza Blanca)). In return, both travelers attend a 90-minute presentation during the stay - never on the arrival or departure day. There is no obligation to buy; missing the presentation means the resort charges its full rate.

Fees, extras and changes

At the resort

On its verification call the resort collects a resort fee of $40 per night and a resort upgrade fee of $49 per night. Holiday-season stays (Dec 20 – Jan 6 and Mar 28 – Apr 12) also pay a one-time $80 holiday fee on that call. This hotel only books one-bedroom suites, so the suite upgrade is mandatory.

Extra guests / nights

Extra adult $145 per night; extra night $290 (double occupancy); extra night for children 6–12 $70 per child; extra room $145 per adult per night; extra transportation $80 for 2 adults. Room options: 2 adults + 2 children, or 3 adults + 1 child (extra adult paid).

Changes & cancellations

Cancellation: no charge up to 21 days before check-in; one night's charge with less than 21 days. Date changes: free up to 21 days before check-in; $50 with less than 21 days. No-show: the full rate is charged. If a traveler does not meet the resort's requirements at check-in, the resort charges its full (rack) rate.
