The presentation

This rate is a promotion of the resort's vacation club (Villa Group (Villa del Palmar / Garza Blanca)). In return, both travelers attend a 90-minute presentation during the stay - never on the arrival or departure day. There is no obligation to buy; missing the presentation means the resort charges its full rate.

Fees, extras and changes

At the resort

On its verification call the resort collects a resort fee of $40 per night. Holiday-season stays (Dec 20 – Jan 6 and Mar 28 – Apr 12) also pay a one-time $80 holiday fee on that call.

Extra guests / nights

Extra adult $125 per night; extra night $250 (double occupancy); upgrade to a one-bedroom suite $75 per person; extra room $125 per adult per night. Room options: 2 adults + 2 children, or 3 adults + 1 child (extra adult paid). All rooms have two queen beds; extra beds cannot be requested.

Changes & cancellations

Cancellation: no charge up to 21 days before check-in; one night's charge with less than 21 days. Date changes: free up to 21 days before check-in; $50 with less than 21 days. No-show: the full rate is charged. If a traveler does not meet the resort's requirements at check-in, the resort charges its full (rack) rate.
