The presentation

This rate is a promotion of the resort's vacation club (Marina Fiesta vacation club (at the resort)). In return, both travelers attend a 120-minute presentation during the stay - never on the arrival or departure day. There is no obligation to buy; missing the presentation means the resort charges its full rate.

Fees, extras and changes

At the resort

At check-in the resort charges a service fee + environmental tax of $13 per night plus a $99 activation fee, and holds a refundable $1,250 deposit on a credit card (released at check-out).

Extra guests / nights

Extra adult (13 and older) in the same room $90 per night. Children for an extra child, extra night or child in an extra room: ages 0–3 free, 4–8 $40 per night, 9–12 $55 per night. Extra room or night (double occupancy) for children, teenagers or travelers under 21: $229 per night for 2 adults May–Sept, $299 Oct–April; for other (non-qualified) adults: $280 or $325 per night for 2 adults (the sheet lists both as May–Sept). Upgrades: one-bedroom $55 per night; family room (2 juniors together) $105 per night; two-bedroom $175 per night.

Changes & cancellations

Cancellation: no charge up to 21 days before check-in; with less than 21 days the charge equals the resort fee. Date changes: free up to 21 days before check-in; $99 with less than 21 days. No-show: a 2-night penalty. If a traveler does not meet the resort's requirements at check-in, the resort charges its full (rack) rate.
