Dreams Natura has 553 suites, each with a terrace or balcony overlooking the mangroves or the Caribbean, plus 24-hour room service and a stocked mini-bar.

Families love the water park with three big slides, the 600-foot lazy river, the children's splash park and the Rollglider aerial ride. Kids 3–12 have the Explorer's Club and teens 13–17 the Core Zone.

Adults can unwind at the cenote-inspired Dreams Spa by Pevonia or the adults-only pool, and guests receive complimentary green fees at the nearby El Tinto golf course.

The presentation

This rate is a promotion of the resort's vacation club (Unlimited Vacation Club (UVC)). In return, both travelers attend a 120-minute presentation during the stay - never on the arrival or departure day. There is no obligation to buy; missing the presentation means the resort charges its full rate.

Fees, extras and changes

At the resort

The package price includes the $385 resort fee, which is charged on the resort's verification (VLO) call before arrival. Bring a valid credit card to check in for incidentals.

Extra guests / nights

Extra adult $120 per night; child 3–12 $75 per night. Room maximum: 2 adults + 2 children, or 3 adults + 1 child with the extra adult paid. Extra rooms or nights are quoted by the club on the verification call.

Changes & cancellations

Prepaid package. Cancellations are not permitted once the reservation is confirmed – depending on the hotel and date, the penalty ranges from one night up to $800. Date changes cost $250 with less than 16 days to arrival. No-show fee: $900.
